The second AdaptaStep crossover, paired with SafeSmart’s versatile AdjustaStairs, allowed for flexible installation around an existing metal deck and guardrail system, thanks to our adaptable support leg placement. With precise adjustments to meet Sunoco’s specific needs, this crossover ensured both safety and convenience on-site, without disturbing the existing infrastructure.

Heavy-Duty Ramp Solution: Adapting to Unforeseen Terrain Challenges
For machinery access, Sunoco requested a heavy-duty drive-over ramp to cross a duct area. Prebuilt in our facility and shipped to the site, the ramp met Sunoco’s requirements for structural integrity and ease of transport. However, an unexpected slope onsite required further adjustments. SafeSmart’s Installation Team implemented on-the-spot modifications to adapt the ramp to the unique terrain, ensuring it maintained the quality and stability SafeSmart is known for.
