Z-Stack is the new, modular stair system that’s revolutionizing vertical access on work sites. It’s fast, easy-to-assemble and requires way less manpower and cost to install than traditional scaffolding. And, unlike stair towers made from scaffolding, Z-Stack can be pre-stacked off-site then simply craned into place. That makes Z-Stack supremely easy to customize to individual project requirements, while its robust, rust-resistant aluminium construction is ideal for large-scale, long-term infrastructure projects and permanent egress and access to OSHA requirements.
LIGHTWEIGHT
Made from high strength tensile T6, 6061 marine grade aluminum. Stair module only weighs 480 lb.
EASY TRANSPORT
Modules fully welded and can be stacked length ways onto trucks, ready for use.
RE-USEABLE
As they can be easily reconfigured, they can be re-used again on new projects.

END FRAME
Each frame comes with joiners with integrated single box crane hooks for lifting single modules
GATED SIDE BRACE FRAME
- Gives gated access at 4ft levels
- Braces across two end frames for greater rigidity
Z STAIRS
- Position easily over frame horizontals and bolt into position
- Also provides additional bracing
MIDDLE HANDRAIL FRAME
Inner handrail providing safe dual handrail support on both sides of user ascending & descending
