How to Use the Configurator

Build your AdaptaStep™ crossover by selecting the dimensions, stair angle, tread width, handrail layout, and optional features that best match your site conditions. The configurator provides real-time visual feedback, helping your team design a safer and more efficient crossover system around rooftop obstacles, piping, ductwork, conveyors, equipment, and elevation changes.

Select “Add” to Begin Configuring

Start by clicking the “Add” button to begin building your AdaptaStep™ configuration.

Adjust Your Stair Angle

Select between 45°, 70°, or 90° stair angles depending on your space and operational needs.

Set Your Clearance Height

Define the vertical clearance required to safely pass over equipment, piping, or rooftop obstacles.

Set Your Clearance Length

Adjust the horizontal span to determine the crossover length needed for your application.

Choose Your Tread Width

Select the tread width that best fits your site layout and worker traffic requirements.
