The SafeSmart Reefer Unit Access Platform is a mobile cantilever platform designed for service access to front-mounted truck refrigeration units. Often called reefer units or transport refrigeration units (TRUs), these systems are commonly installed at the front of an insulated truck body, above or immediately behind the cab.

The platform is hand-winch adjustable through a 48-inch range, from 7 ft. 6 in. to 11 ft. 6 in. high. Its cantilevered layout extends the working deck over the truck body, providing close access to the reefer unit without placing the main platform structure directly against the vehicle.

The featured custom configuration measures 11 ft. 6 in. high, 6 ft. 2 in. wide, and 11 ft. 10 in. long. It was developed around the truck dimensions and workshop layout, including a footprint intended to avoid protruding into adjacent service bays.
