The Mining Loader Bucket Repair Platform is a custom mobile work platform designed to support fabrication and repair work around loader buckets. It provides an elevated work position for maintenance teams completing welding, wear-plate replacement, and other bucket repair activities on heavy mobile equipment.
A 31.5″ clear cantilever on the right-hand side provides closer access to the bucket work area. Removable guardrails use expanding-spigot connections, allowing the platform edge to be opened when direct access is required for welding and fabrication tasks.
The fully welded frame is mobile on 8″ heavy-duty swivel and braked plate casters. Heavy-duty side-winding machine jacks support final positioning and stability, while 45-degree stair access provides a direct route to the elevated work deck.
